Loss of a friend...

I lost a friend.

It happened just before the election.

She basically claimed I need to "stop listening" to some Alex Jones guy and Infowars and Breightbart.  However, I don't listen to any of these people.

She forgets many things...the years I served in the military for one thing.  I don't need to listen to Alex Jones, or Infowars, or Breightbart.  I get my information from people I know personally, and trust.  To say that I listen to the aforementioned people is absolutely insulting.

"As a Muslim woman, how could you possibly vote in any way that might see him in office after his racism against your entire religion? Our daughter is Muslim and from Turkey. She currently resides in America as a neurologist in Pennsylvania. Under Trump he will want to deport her simply because she is of a religion he hates. Unbelievable that anyone who is Muslim, black, Latino, a women, or any other specific group except white, male, evangelicals could ever vote to see this man as our president."

So, basically, DEMANDING that I vote for Clinton.  

It has been a few months now.  I wonder how her daughter from Turkey is doing today.  Has she received her deportation orders yet?  Considering that none of the 7 countries Rumpelstiltskin tried to ban, none of them covered Turkey.  Nor about 44 of the other about 52 Muslim majority countries in the world.  Indonesial is the biggest Muslim country in the world, so why didn't he ban that one?  Saudi Arabia has a poor human rights record, so why not ban Saudi Arabia?

"Unbelievable that anyone who is Muslim...could ever vote to see this man as our president."  This REALLY is a bunch of nonsense.  If I wanted to see him as President, I would have VOTED for him.  However, I did not.  I voted for someone else.  Not that it would have mattered...since Clinton took California 2 to 1.  So, I COULD have voted for Rumpelstiltskin, and Clinton would STILL have taken California 2 to 1.  55 electoral votes for Clinton, ZERO for Rumpelstiltskin.  And yet, this former friend has not spoken to me since.  

Seriously, the only way my vote could have gone for Rumpelstiltskin would have been if I had actually VOTED FOR HIM!!!  Which I didn't.  My vote will NOT be credited in any way to Rumpelstiltskin.

I don't understand the voters of this state.  We have the HIGHEST GAS TAXES IN THE COUNTRY, and THE POOREST ROADS!!!  However, our state has diverted the gas tax money to the General Fund to use for other things...so there is NO MONEY FOR ROADS!  But, hey, guess what!  Governor Moonbeam has the answer!  HOORAY!  So, what is it?  Divert the gas tax money back to the road fun?  No.  Set aside some money for the roads?  Again no.  Raise taxes?  DING DING DING!!!  You just won the 52 BILLION dollar award.  Because the dummycrats in California government SQUANDERED all that money, WE GET TO PAY!!!  How awesome is that?  You know what?  I'm in debt and I can't pay it, can you give ME some money so I can pay MY debt off?  Yet, I hear people saying stupid things like "well, we need the money!"  Well, you big dummy, we HAVE the money...it's just that these money grabbers in Sacramento SQUANDERED IT!!!!!  Where else can you SQUANDER other peoples money, and STILL be able to actually get MORE???  

If I was hired to design you an oil refinery, but, when I came with my drawings, you found it was the drawings for a hotel, what would you say?  Would you be angry?  I think so.  Would you say "Ok, we'll go with this!"  I don't think so.  Sounds like "bait and switch" to me!  So, why do so with the state?  Yes...you CAN take on City Hall...AND YOU CAN WIN!!!  How do you think those cops that beat Kelly Thomas got fired?  It happened because people showed up and started SCREAMING at the City Council.  People got ANGRY!  People showed up and DEMANDED answers.  It took a bit of doing, but it happened.  IT'S YOUR MONEY!!!  But, hey, you are nothing more than a bunch of SUCKERS anyway.  So, I guess it's OK if Moonbeam puts the wool over your eyes by saying "we don't have the money."  But, hey, with tax and spend liberals...they NEVER have the money because they SPENT it already!!!  Hmm...I should try that on my next employer.  Demand he give me a $10 an hour raise.  Think he would go for it?  And yet, OUR employee does that to US!!!

And think about this.  Who will suffer for this new government rip off?  Not the rich.  The poor will.  It is like, if our state eliminates Prop. 13 property tax protections...the rich won't suffer.  But, when someone who has to rely on Prop 13 keeping their property taxes low enough that they can afford them, (about 1k a year, living on disability), then suddenly have it go to 7k, 8k or even 9k (or more), in one foul swoop...The homeless population just increased...dramatically.  And to think I used to wonder why everyone I met who was on SSI was living under a bridge.  I have found single bedroom apartments for as low as 640 a month.  (Note: gang infested, low class areas...I know the area where this apartment was).  So...640 a month, with less than 900 a month income.  And THIS is the person you want to pay all your gas taxes?
